Privacy Policy

Southern Forests Design + Print (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This page explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. Last updated 12 June 2026.

Who we are

Southern Forests Design and Print, PO Box 357, Manjimup WA 6258. ABN 88 657 763 868. You can reach us any time at hello@sfdp.com.au.

What we collect

When you contact us — through the form on this site, by email or by phone — we collect the details you give us: your name, business name, email address, phone number, and information about the job you want quoted or produced. When you browse the site, our hosting and analytics tools may record standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, deliver your design and print work, keep records of the jobs we do for you, and improve the website. We don’t use your information for anything you wouldn’t reasonably expect, and we don’t sell it.

Who we share it with

To deliver your job we work with trusted suppliers and contractors — for example production, hosting and email providers. We share only what they need to do their part, and we expect them to protect it. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

How we store it

We keep your information on secure, reputable services and retain it only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, or to meet our record-keeping obligations.

Cookies and analytics

This site may use cookies and analytics to understand how visitors use it. You can disable cookies in your browser; some parts of the site may work less smoothly if you do.

Accessing or correcting your information

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it. Email hello@sfdp.com.au and we’ll help.

Complaints

If you’re concerned about how we’ve handled your information, contact us first at hello@sfdp.com.au. If we can’t sort it out, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
